Super-Plastic Forming / Diffusion Bonding (SPF/DB) 

Hi-Tech Welding and Forming has a proprietary and patented method for forming titanium that takes advantage of the super-plastic nature of titanium and other materials which exhibit this tendency.  Our method solves or eliminates many of the problems associated with other methods used to hot form titanium.  In addition, our process is not limited to the size of a press and as such is capable of setting new size limits in overall formed structures.  Some of the benefits we offer over competing processes are;
